Dear article writer,
Here's the inside scoop
about keyword use in articles that took me three years and
thousands of dollars to learn--plus trial and
error experimenting.
If you want to see how
effective my system is for getting my keywords
linked to a website, just google "Design
Psychology" in quotes and look for
Discover the
Science of Design Psychology.
To see how the system
works for articles, google "flipping houses." I
would have a difficult time getting my website
linked to a term that gets 43,655 searches per
month. But my two articles come up on top! That's
the power of submitting your article to a
high-ranking directory like
EzineArticles.
Step-by Step
Guide to Keywords in Articles
1. Find keyword phrases
that people search. Use phrases that have little
competition.
2. Use least competitive
phrases for your website content version. On this
website, I used
"Easy
Home Decorating" because an average of 94 people
search for that phrase and it has a difficulty
rating of only 1.
3. Title the article and
your web page with your keywords.
4. Use the keyword phrase
naturally in the article.
5. Italicize or bold the
phrase in the first paragraph.
6. Use a bold subheading
with keyword phrase.
7. Use the phrase in your
bio.
8. End the page with the
phrase.
19. Post the article first
on your website.
10. Wait until Google
finds it. I post a link to the article from
main page, which Google checks daily. Sometimes I
post an announcement on one of my blogs.
11. Use more competitive
phrases for article versions. I use "interior
design" in articles for distribution.
12. Submit various
versions to article directories.
For best results, submit
two articles at a time so the article directory
links the two to each other.
Enjoy your article
writing!

P. S. You might
think that 94 searches per month isn't enough for
your website keyword phrases. But, if you have ten
or twenty articles that you know will generate
traffic, that gives you the opportunity to get a
thousand or two thousand visitors--in addition to
those who click thru from your articles!
